Overview
The shortage of skilled workers in the German healthcare system is nothing new and therefore an ongoing struggle for many hospitals.
To recruit new intensive care unit nurses for one of Germany's leading Heart Centers, our campaign highlights their everyday work in a documentary style – achieving both efficient, less disruptive production for the clinic and a new approach to truly honest communication in healthcare recruiting.
The key message of #gemeinsamwachsen emphasizes the advancement opportunities for new nurses and the upcoming opening of a new heart clinic in 2024. Despite the challenges of filming in a fully operational hospital, we successfully created an authentic and compelling campaign that reflects the reality of working at Herzzentrum Bonn.
