Overview
The #futurejob campaign was a special project – our company only existed a few months when Giesers Bau commissioned us with the concept development and production of this recruiting campaign.
It was targeted to a young audience because, like many others, the company faced challenges in recruiting new trainees and young professionals. Fortunately, they placed a lot of trust in us to achieve this goal and the campaign film, along with the stills and assets, speaks for itself.
We created a catchy, fast-paced and both beautiful looking but at the same time raw and authentic feeling campaign. The film edit relies heavily on sound design and percussive music, while hand-drawn animations add a playful touch.
